Shipping and delivery
How long does delivery take? - Nicholls Jewellery offers standard shipping via Royal Mail to the UK and Europe. We aim to have your order delivered to you within 2-5 working days.
My online order hasn’t arrived yet - We use Royal Mail for the delivery of online purchases. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have yet to receive your order after 5 working days.
Do you require a home address for delivery? - Royal Mail deliver to home, work and P.O addresses. If you are using a work address please ensure you include any delivery details so the courier can find your location easily, e.g. company name, street of entrance, level number.
How do I know if my order has been dispatched? - An email will be sent to you, to let you know your order is on it’s way!
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return my earrings? - At Nicholls Jewellery we have a no-returns or exchanges policy on any pierced jewellery, unless the item exhibits a genuine fault. This policy is in the interest of hygiene and gives you peace of mind when purchasing Nicholls Jewellery.
Can I return cuff/clip on earrings? - As cuff/clip-on earrings are not considered pierced jewellery, you are welcome to return them. Please note this does not include earrings that have been purchased and converted into clip-ons. We do not accept returns on pierced jewellery, even if it has been purchased with the intention to convert.
Can I return necklaces/rings or any other jewellery that is not pierced? - Yes you may return within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at email@example.com.
How can I best take care of my items? - We advise you not to wear your fashion jewellery in water, when using cleaning products, lotions or perfumes. These chemicals can cause tarnishing. For further information please check our Care Policy.
Are your products Nickel free? - Nicholls Jewellery has a Nickel release rate less than, or equal to, 0.5 micrograms per square centimetre, per week. Under REACH regulations our jewellery is compliant due to low Nickel content.
I have sensitive ears/skin, can I wear Nicholls Jewellery? - If you have sensitive ears/skin we would not recommend wearing Nicholls Jewellery. Although our jewellery meets Nickel REACH regulations, some wearers may be allergic to other metals such as copper which may be present in the alloy in some of our jewellery.
An item is out of stock, when will it be restocked? - We aim to have out of stock items restocked within 2 weeks. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like an update on out of stock items.
