Due to hygiene reasons, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. If your order is damaged on arrival, we will be happy to exchange for the same style.
We are not able to cover costs for items that have been damaged due to negligence and general wear and tear through the use of perfumes, lotions, fake tan, oils, moisture, sun exposure etc. Please refer to our Care Policy for more details on how to look after your jewellery.
